We invite you to join us at our one
bedroom casita, located on the shores
of Lake Chapala, near Guadalajara.
This spacious casita can be rented by
the day, week or month depending on
your needs.

We are located in the colony of El
Chante, about 30 miles south of
Guadalajara, 10 miles west of Ajijic,
near the town of Jocotepec.

Whether you are looking for bed and
breakfast facilities or want an
extended stay and plan to prepare
your own meals, we can accommodate
your needs.

The casita has a full kitchen and is
completely equipped for a long or
short term stay. Maid service and
laundry are provided. Guests may
enjoy a heated pool which offers a
great workout for serious swimmers
who want to use the counter-current
swim jets. The casita's covered
terrace faces a courtyard. There is off
street secured parking. For guests
without cars, a bus stops right at the
gate to take you to Jocotepec, and
two blocks away, on the carretera,
you can hail a bus to Ajijic, Chapala or
Guadalajara.
